• Except as expressly permitted under a resell rights license, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Product.

• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your license and legal action.

User Responsibilities

By using our Product, you agree that you will:

• Use the Product for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines on marketing and advertising.

• Not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated income or business claims while promoting or reselling the Product.

• Not share your login credentials or provide unauthorized access to others.

Payments, Refunds & Access

• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated at checkout. Due to the digital nature of our Product, no refunds will be issued once access is granted.

Termination

Amendments

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Purpose Consulting and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Product.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
